Drinking very hot drinks could triple cancer risk: Study
A study of nearly a million people has found that drinking very hot coffee/tea may increase risk of oesophageal cancer. Those who drank beverages scalding hot had nearly three times the risk compared to those who drank them warm, according to study published in peer-reviewed International Journal of Cancer. Esophagus is muscular tube that passes food/drink from mouth to stomach.
