Two Mumbai-based suspects have been arrested for allegedly plotting a terror attack in Delhi. The accused were reportedly radicalised and are suspected to have links with outfits like Jaish-e-Mohammed and Islamic State, police said. They were learning to assemble improvised explosive devices and were allegedly planning to execute an attack in Delhi using a bomb hidden inside a toy car.
