IRCTC responded after a vendor was seen sitting on a train's floor with his foot on the samosas. "The matter was thoroughly investigated and found to be a case of unauthorised vending, which has been intimated to the concerned authorities for appropriate action. The onboard service provider has been...instructed to immediately report such incidents to authorities for...action," IRCTC said.
