State-owned OIL discovered a fresh oil and gas reserve in Ghadames Basin of south-western Libya. The find came during drilling of the sixth well, A1-96/02, in onshore Block 95/96, where OIL holds 25% participating interest as part of an Indian consortium that also includes Indian Oil.
