Adani Green Energy is seeking to raise over $1 billion through offshore loans, reported Bloomberg. This comes after billionaire founder Gautam Adani and his nephew Sagar agreed to pay $18 million to settle allegations by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. With this borrowing, Adani Green aims to revive its overseas fundraising, which has been on hold since November 2024.
