Gold, silver become cheaper in India 3 days before Dhanteras

Gold and silver prices fell in Delhi on Tuesday, three days before Dhanteras. Gold of 99.9% purity declined ₹700 to ₹1,41,800 per 10 grams, while silver dropped ₹2,000 to ₹1.84 lakh per kilogram, according to the All India Sarafa Association. Analysts cited weak global cues, profit-booking and recovering crude oil prices for the price decline.
