Pharma firm Gufic buys duplex apartment in Mumbai for ₹236 cr

Pharmaceutical company Gufic has purchased a luxury duplex apartment in a residential development by Lodha on Mumbai’s Juhu Tara Road for ₹236.33 crore. The property has a carpet area of around 19,694 square feet and comes with 10 car parking spaces, Hindustan Times reported, citing property registration documents. The transaction values the property at approximately ₹1.2 lakh per square foot.
