Jogger attacked by Rottweiler in Pune; dog handler, owner booked
Jogger Suyog Raut suffered arm injuries after a Rottweiler owned by Naynaz Irani bit him in the Baner area of Pune on March 23. Dog handler Abhinav and Irani have been booked under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Sections 291 and 125, and an investigation is underway. No arrests have been made so far.
