India & Uzbekistan elevate ties, target $5 billion bilateral trade by 2030
India and Uzbekistan decided to elevate ties to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership during PM Modi’s visit to the nation. PM Modi said both nations would increase bilateral trade to $5 billion by 2030. He said India and Uzbekistan would establish a long-term uranium supply arrangement and strengthen cooperation in trade and investment, digital connectivity, and defence.
