Centre has clarified that the first two babies to test positive for HMPV in Karnataka have no travel history. It added that both the babies had a history of bronchopneumonia and that HMPV is already in circulation globally as cases of respiratory illnesses associated with the virus have been reported in multiple countries. "We're monitoring the situation," Centre added.
