Meitei group Arambai Tenggol has said that it will surrender illegal weapons only if its conditions are met. This comes after Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla urged all communities to surrender looted arms. The group met the Governor on Tuesday and presented its 'terms and conditions' for giving up arms.
