Can't hollow out religion in name of reform: SC in Sabarimala case

Supreme Court, while hearing petitions seeking review of 2018 order allowing women of child-bearing age entry in Kerala's Sabarimala temple, said no religion can be "hollowed out" in name of social reform. The court said this while hearing arguments of advocate Abhishek Singhvi regarding Article 25(2)(b) and its interplay with right of a religious denomination to manage its own affairs.
