A small business owner in England said a customer convinced the AI chatbot they installed on their website to offer him 80% discount, following which he placed a £8,000 (₹10 lakh) order. The business owner said the customer threatened to sue them if they cancelled the order. Social media users trolled the owner, calling him "lazy" for using the chatbot.
