Tata Motors’ $4.4-billion (about ₹41,400 crore) acquisition of Italian commercial vehicle manufacturer Iveco has been delayed till the September quarter, reported Mint. The deal, initially scheduled for the June quarter, is facing a delay as the Indian carmaker is still awaiting regulatory approvals from European authorities. Iveco has reportedly obtained most of the required clearances.
