Trump ranks 5 former US Presidents as 'failures', 6 as 'below average'

US President Donald Trump has ranked five former US Presidents including Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Ulysses Grant, Warren Harding and Jimmy Carter as "failures". He ranked six others including John Tyler, Calvin Coolidge, Millard Fillmore, Zachary Taylor, James Buchanan and Franklin Pierce as "below average". He rated himself as the "greatest" US President.
