Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, while handing over appointment letters to 37 families of terror victims, warned the remaining elements of the terror ecosystem that their era of terror is over. He said, "I warn them that there's no longer any safe haven in Jammu and Kashmir for terrorists or the networks that support them."
