Neurologist shares dos and don'ts after waking up

According to Dr Sudhir Kumar, MD, DM, a neurologist at Apollo Hospitals, one should get outdoors and experience sunlight within 30 minutes to an hour of waking up. He suggested delaying caffeine intake and drinking water after waking up. The don'ts include immediately scrolling the phone, hitting 'snooze' multiple times and starting the day with high-sugar or simple carb breakfasts.
