Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri, on behalf of Government of India, signed the Condolence Book at the Embassy of Iran in New Delhi on Thursday, and offered condolences to the slain Supreme Leader of Iran Ayatollah Khamenei. He also met Iran's Ambassador to India Dr Mohammad Fathali. Khamenei was killed in joint strikes by US and Israel.
