Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova on Wednesday warned that Russia may seize Western-owned assets and businesses in the country. Zakharova said that Russia will make the move if the West decides to use Russia's frozen state assets. Notably, top Western officials have suggested seizing some of the frozen assets to help fund Ukraine's reconstruction after the war.
