Regular meditation during pregnancy may support both maternal and fetal physical and mental well-being, according to the AYUSH Ministry. Experts suggest gradually increasing meditation time across trimesters, 5 minutes in the first, 10 in the second, and 15 in the third. Meditation may help reduce stress, improve emotional balance, and strengthen mother-baby bonding.
