Sony has issued a clarification after reports claimed games purchased on PS5 and PS4 consoles can vanish in 30 days if the console isn't connected to the internet in that time. "A one-time online check is required to confirm the game's license, after which no further check-ins are required," the company said. After the one-time check, games remain playable offline.
