Nawazuddin Siddiqui, responding to whether Muslim actors face any discrimination in the film industry, said, "Not at all." Citing how Anupam Kher respects Naseeruddin Shah "a lot as far as acting is concerned", Nawazuddin told Shubhankar Mishra, "The rest of society should learn from Bollywood." He added, "The love and respect I get here, I wouldn't get anywhere else."
