An Israeli airstrike on a civil defence centre in southern Lebanon killed six people, including three paramedics and injured 22 others on Saturday. This comes after Israel and Lebanon agreed to extend their ceasefire by 45 days on Friday. Israel claimed it was targeting Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah and denied Lebanon's accusations that Israeli forces targeted civilians and paramedics.
