West Bengal Chief Secretary Dushyant Nariala ordered all departmental secretaries and heads of offices to safeguard important documents and ensure that no document is damaged or taken out of office. "No unauthorised copying/scanning shall be permitted...all files...shall be properly accounted for," he said. This comes as BJP is set to form a government in Bengal and end TMC's 15-year-long rule.
