South Korean health authorities on Saturday said the country reported 3,83,665 new daily COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours, logging its highest single-day tally since the pandemic began. As per Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA), Gyeonggi province reported 1,07,943 infections, whereas capital Seoul recorded 80,437 cases. KDCA added that 269 deaths were reported in the same period.
