Diagnose problem correctly: Jaishankar when asked about 'Russia-Ukraine war' remark

External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar repeated his statement that the Russia-Ukraine war won't end by buying or not buying Russian oil. Responding to a Polish journalist in Warsaw, Jaishankar said, "Let's diagnose the problem correctly. This conflict has gone on for five years. It will not be stopped by someone not buying oil. It will end with diplomacy."
