Two FIRs were filed against MP Sandeep Pathak in Punjab, days after he left AAP and joined BJP. The FIRs were registered under non-bailable sections. A team of Punjab Police also arrived at Pathak's residence in New Delhi, but he was seen leaving before officials arrived. Pathak was among seven MPs, including Raghav Chadha, who left AAP for BJP.
