Islamic State-linked terrorists killed 16 civilians in an attack in an Ebola-hit area in ​eastern Congo, a local military spokesperson said. The attack was carried out on Tuesday by Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a Ugandan group that has pledged allegiance to the Islamic ​State. In ​a separate attack earlier, ⁠ADF killed 15 civilians and a soldier ​in Congo's Beni.
