FPIs extend selling streak to 3 months, pull out ₹32,963 cr in May

Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) remained net sellers for the third straight month, pulling out ₹32,963 crore from Indian equities in May, according to NSDL data. This comes amid ongoing tensions in West Asia, which have led to a surge in crude prices, raising concerns over India's import bill and inflation trajectory. FPIs had sold equities worth ₹60,847 crore in April.
