China and Russia are concerned about strengthening relations between India and US, a top American diplomat said on Monday. The reason for this concern was that the countries "bring a way of life...that is about inclusivity, about peace...about rule of law, and...about hearing everyone's voice in a society", said Richard Verma, US Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources.
