India may soon fight robot Chinese army: Congress MP on Chinese robot breaking Usain Bolt's record

After a Chinese robot broke Usain Bolt's 100m world record, Congress MP Manish Tewari claimed, "If India is not careful, it could be very soon fighting a robot PLA on the LAC." Stating that this "should give us a reality check" about "how far behind we are, qua China, in the technology game". The robot ran 100m in 9.39 seconds.
