Kati Patang Lifestyle acquires 10% stake in New Zealand's Gimme NZ

Kati Patang Lifestyle Ltd's board approved acquisition of a 10% equity stake in New Zealand-based Bread Private Limited (Gimme NZ) via share swap. The food delivery and premium liquor firm reported ₹2.27 crore turnover in FY26. Deal completion is expected within four months of signing the definitive SHA, pending valuation and due diligence.
