Top US Army official to step down amid tensions with Hegseth: Report

US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll could step down by the end of the year, or possibly earlier, amid months of tensions with Defence Secretary Pete Hegseth, The Wall Street Journal reported. His departure would leave the Army without a Senate-confirmed secretary. The Army also currently does not have a Senate-confirmed chief of staff.
