Veteran actress Mumtaz, who was admitted to the hospital because of a severe stomach infection, has said that she suffers from Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Colitis. "It was a sudden attack of diarrhoea which didn't stop despite the best of medication. Hence, hospitalisation was required," she stated. Mumtaz added, "In the hospital too, it took me seven days to normalise."
