Rejecting warnings by EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas against participation of European leaders in Russia's WWII Victory Day celebrations, Slovak PM Robert Fico said, "The year is 2025, not 1939." He added, "Kallas' warning confirms that we need a discussion within the EU about the essence of democracy...No one can dictate to me where I can or cannot travel."
