Kopi Luwak, also known as civet coffee, is considered one of the world's most expensive coffees. It is made by feeding civets coffee berries, following which partially digested beans are picked from their droppings and processed. Black Ivory Coffee, which is also among the costliest coffees in the world, is made in a similar manner from elephants.
