SoftBank subsidiary sells 1.6% stake in Lenskart for ₹1,900 crore

SVF II Lightbulb has sold a 1.56% stake in Lenskart for nearly ₹1,891 crore through a block deal, with Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas acquiring the shares. SVF II Lightbulb is a special-purpose investment vehicle owned by SoftBank Group. The transaction involved 2.72 crore shares and was executed at ₹697.15 per share on the BSE.
