Aviation fuel rates hiked by ₹1.37 per litre, 4th monthly rise

Aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices were hiked by ₹1.37 per litre from Sunday, marking the fourth consecutive monthly hike due to rising international rates. Prices for domestic airlines have now reached ₹138.30 per litre, following a ₹16 per litre increase in October. Jet fuel accounts for 35-40% of an airline's operating costs.
