Kerala orders fresh Vigilance probe into 2006 suicide case linked to CEC Gyanesh Kumar

Kerala Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has ordered a fresh Vigilance probe into a 2006 case linked to CEC Gyanesh Kumar. Malaysian engineer Lee See Been, who worked on the MC Road project, died by suicide that year. His purported suicide note reportedly mentioned Kumar, then Kerala PWD Secretary. The move follows allegations that preliminary inquiry was influenced by external pressure.
