S&P 500 gained nearly 100 points from the day’s low to end 1.02% higher at 6,886.24 on Monday, reversing all the losses of the Middle East war. The rebound came after US President Donald Trump said Iran wanted to make a deal following failed talks in Pakistan and that the US Navy would block Iranian ports in Strait of Hormuz.
