Apple's generative AI platform, Apple Intelligence, was approved for launch in China by the country's cyberspace regulator. The approval also includes a deal to integrate Alibaba's Qwen AI model into Apple's operating systems, including iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS. Apple is also in talks with Baidu to develop additional Apple Intelligence features for Chinese iPhone users, Reuters reported.
