Nebraska battles largest-ever wildfire as it engulfs 8 lakh acres

Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen declared an emergency and issued executive orders as wildfires in parts of the US state have collectively scorched over 8,00,000 acres of land. At least one individual has lost their life in the wildfires, which created firestorms that reached 61/mph, reported NBC News. Pillen described the tragedy as "the largest wildfires in our history."
