India and Pakistan on Saturday exchanged a list of their nuclear facilities under a bilateral agreement that prohibits both countries from destroying each other's nuclear facilities. The 'Agreement on the Prohibition of Attack against Nuclear Installations and Facilities' was signed on December 31, 1988. The two countries also exchanged lists of prisoners held in each other's prisons.
