The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has attached assets worth ₹53.28 crore belonging to ex-Assam Police DIG Prasanta Kumar Dutta in a disproportionate assets case. The properties, including hotels in Guwahati and buildings in Mumbai, were allegedly acquired during his government service. Dutta was dismissed from service after being named the prime accused in a paper leak case.
