A 31-year-old man impersonating a police constable entered the Telangana Secretariat and accessed restricted areas, police said. The accused, identified as Tatturi Ravi alias Charan Yadav, reportedly posed as Chief Minister Revanth Reddy's security personnel and filmed himself in uniform. He also claimed he could arrange meetings with the Chief Minister and is reportedly on the run.
