Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that G7 leaders agreed at a summit in France that Russia was not winning its war in Ukraine. Zelenskyy further said that the leaders discussed additional sanctions to bring Russia to the negotiating table. Earlier, Zelenskyy claimed he offered to meet Putin at G7 Summit in France, however, Russia denied the claim.
