An under-construction house belonging to an accused arrested in connection with murder of a man in Delhi's Uttam Nagar was demolished by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) amid heavy police deployment on Monday. Notably, Delhi High Court on Monday restrained MCD from taking coercive action against the property for 10 days. An official said that no stay had been granted.
