Karnataka Home Minister G Parameshwara said CM Siddaramaiah's wife BM Parvathi didn't return 14 sites to Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) out of fear. "Sites were surrendered…as [Parvathi] was feeling that her husband was being targeted…because of her," he added. It's alleged that compensatory sites were allotted to Parvathi that had higher value than her land that MUDA 'acquired'.
