Former India all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin, while talking about Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) squad ahead of IPL said, "KKR will not qualify for the top four this time." He went on to say that the three-time champions have bowling as their major weakness which could cost them a playoff spot. Notably, KKR finished at eighth position in the IPL 2025 season.
