PDP chief and former Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti criticised the central government on Saturday and alleged that 'all methods are being used to disempower people' of the Union Territory. "Our land is prioritised and given to security forces first," Mufti said. "All small-big contracts are being given to outsiders including Jammu and Kashmir AIIMS," she added.
